Rapid antigen test required into Netherlands

Anybody has any idea how this needs to be done? ( out of Kenya ? ) Today the official announcement that all pax ( even crew ) would need a rapid test before allowed a flight to the Netherlands. The problem is - the test result is only valid within four hours of boarding the aircraft. My family was about to get over from Kenya very soon. Simply impossible to comply with such requirements for most parts of the world. KLM reacted it was unable to continue operations based on this requirement.
