Fact check: Leeds Bradford arrivals
Have received the following forwarded quote in email...
"Family members returned from Spain last night into Leeds Bradford airport. They report that only certain people coming through customs were singled out and made to fill forms out, temperature checked, told they must quarantine for 14 days.
Only a certain amount of people from the queue were chosen, the rest were able to walk out and not told to self isolate."
Is it possible they have temperature scanners at the airport and this is why they pick out certain people? Obvs the requirement for quarantine holds for everybody anyway.
Or is it possible that it's just not true?
I ask on behalf of someone who asked me. I have my own opinions but I don't want to prejudice what others might say.
