Tell your niece to take the X96 bus down to Piraeus and sail away.bon voyage.

Well I managed to keep up, why couldn’t you?
Probably because I'm not from Manchester.

Oi - stop it.
You've both been here long enough to know the rules. Sometimes people post incomplete or inaccurate info. Sometimes people don't follow all the leads in the thread.

Don't start sniping like children because the 'naughty step' of the cabin is outside.

I was merely explaining where the miscommunication was. Check post number 15. I didn’t meant anything by it.

What is more of and issue here is someone addressing people with ‘oi’. Disappointed.

I must say S.o.S, I was taken aback by your attitude. Your tone was not really warranted.

Being a member of forums where an awful lot more sniping - and nastier - seems to go unchecked, it's good to see active and friendly moderation on this site. Thanks SOS.

OMG, now some of you guys are having a pop at S.o.S! Personally I took the moderator's post and choice of text as a friendly reminder and nothing more. I'm truly shocked by the resulting responses from easyflyer83 and businessair75. Chill guys!

24 hour delay at Manchester

A quick question if I may, Son and family have checked in Manchester for a flight to Cancun by Thomas Cook, Holiday is booked with TUI. They have been informed that there is a 24 hour delay due to the aircraft going tech. So far the have been looked after very well, airport hotel and all meals plus what appears to be compensation under EU 261/2004 regs,

They are going to lose at least 1 day of their 10 day holiday as a result, therefore is the compensation purely for the the Thomas Cook flight ( MT 2950 ) flight delay ? and if so is their claimable compensation for the lost day of their holiday from TUI. Your opinion please, and thanks in advance. Alan
