Virgin Upper - laptop power

Am I right in thinking (guided by both this forum and the link below) that Virgin no longer loan power cables/adapters to pax in Upper?

If so, does anyone here have an opinion about the best inverter to buy. My instinct is just to get the Kensington which Virgin offer, but I just wonder if there is something better out there I should get instead.

I have the Kensington, not bought from Virgin but in an airport somewhere. It's pretty good. Depends a bit how cost conscious you are, cheap'n'cheerful inverters cost less.
