Question Do You Know Your Way Around Europe? [game]

A friend pointed me to this game on LH's USA site and I thought that some might like the diversion during the season.

The first round is easy but then ...! I was surprised at how many people have played it and how far down the list I scored.

Lufthansa to Europe: Virtual Pilot!

Fun game.

I came in at 117,000 out of 555,000.

Just did it again, now 98,000!

If you did this a lot of times, you could get a really high score, as a combination of knowledge and hand/eye coordination is required.

Thaks for sharing PAXBoy

F3G, I would have expected a little better from you, given your flying experience. On my first go I came in under 20,000th, and I was using a touchpad!

Congrats to TS (my first was 98537) and please consider this as something vaguely resembling a seasonal gift for all your hard work and patience. Another year of keeping control in this most unruly of cabins is added to your CV but, sorry, there's no pension.

Lo res, F3G? You wanna get one of dem fancy widescreens wot they 'ave in F-class.

I have been trying to work out how to take a screen snap of the level 1 (with the city blobs) and then overlay it when playing at level 3.

Merry Xmas everybody - It felt good putting that score down - I was kind of Alpha Dogging (?) the forum pack there!

The truly sad thing is that after 30 years plus of flying around "Yurp" as my American friends call it, the Lufty test is a s good as it gets!!!

I came in at 83000 odd, I was surprised at how far away I was with some cities, most of which I've visited....

My wife came in at 400,000, though she's French......

24573 for my first go. I'm obviously better at Geography than my teacher thought.

It's good fun.

Pretty good game. 27,708 points, 83,062 out of 558,259.

Oddly, did better with just the landmass than with the cities and countries(!)

Now a different game of general knowledge, this time from BA, circulated in an Exec Club posting about reward trips. Make sure it all loads and your speakers are on and Yes, it is still the holiday season!
