If your bag has soft sides [No sniggering at the back JonF ] then it will probably squash into the test frame. If they do not make you put the case in the frame - then fine but you have no idea until you get to check in.

Have never had my bag checked or weight with EZY, and find their overhead lockers more than ample.

You'll be fine

If you only have hand luggage, then you do not need to check-in. Use the online check-in and print off your boarding pass and go direct to security.

They never weigh or check your bag size. They could stop you at the gate theoreticall, but it virtually never happens.

Just make sure that you can lift the case easily above your head without assistance, remember if you bring it in the cabin you have to stow it yourself. If you ask the crew for a hand, we will happily stow it for you - in the hold!
