Airlines fly from London to Phuket Thailand and cheap?

hmmm am not sure if i am in the right category, am very new here and thought maybe i should try to ask around in this forum as well. am planning my trip back to Phuket Thailand from London actually. Just wonder if anyone can recommend the cheap airline with direct route to Phuket, no need to via Bangkok, maybe based on your experience. look forward to all helpful suggestions. hope i am in the right place to ask too. thanks guys.

You are in the right place fangwantipa and welcome to our luxurious cabin ...

Whilst both Manchester and Gatwick list Phuket as being operated by Thompsonfly, that carriers website does not list it.

You have not stated where in the UK you are? Whilst you might be able to get directly to Phuket from the UK, that departure point may well be far away from your front door!

If you hang around a bit longer, keep an eye out for Air Asia. Nobody knows if they will start to the UK this year, but when they do, they say their flights may be from Stansted and Manchester to Kuala Lumpur, and they can give you connections from Kl to Phuket. To keep up to date on AirAsia, you should visit the forum on www.airliners.net
