AA's new lie flat seat

Some more details of AA's new business class seat for its 767-300 fleet were released at the ITB show in Berlin today.

First aircraft is due in service this summer and all 767-300s will be completed by early next year. then work starts on their 777 fleet.

Not very good it has to be said. BA are about to introduce generation 2 of a horizontal flat bed, and AA start introducing a bed with a steep incline.

It's an improvement on their current biz seat, which requires you to keep your legs braced to avoid sliding down the leather... Can't say this would compel me to fly AA though.
