BAE college Parafield

Can someone please let me know what it is like to work at the BAE college at Parafield. Is it an organisation you could condiser for a long term career, considering I am in my thirties now?
What are the conditions like such as pay, management and progression oportunities, say into administrative / management roles?

Hello People

There must a few current BAE instructors out there, with some information on the college. I would really appreciate it? Do they take any grade 3's or only grade 2's and up.
