Flight Options at the Sunshine Coast do it now in an A320. They have some serious horsepower with the Instructor Lineup too. But I am biased of course.

Is the MCC an actual casa requirement and does it go on your licence? I had done it through an FAA conversion but it doesn't appear to be on my licence reprint

No it's a stupid certificate like the stupid Dangerous Goods Awareness certificate, I am told.
There is no qualification described in the CASA Flight Crew Licencing manual, other than where it references the MCC as a requirement for the ATPL.
