Flight planning

Can anybody tell me what flight planning DJ uses to submit there plans and if it is computer generated or if the crew handles all that?:)

They use Airpath, which is a sabre product.
It generates fuel and atc plan (files plan also).
Crew should be able to pick up a finished package and go.
