No, it's "King of the Outback Skies". Here's the Screen Australia link that gives one all the details on the 1998 documentary.

On the right of the page is a link "Find a copy FAQ", which will assist in tracking down a copy.
I don't have enough time to trawl through all the possible links as to where a copy could be found. However, Becker Entertainment may be worth contacting.
