I often hear about operators and CP's that are callous towards staff and I have been witness to it myself. I'm only aware of it in the lower levels of GA. I think this type of conduct is demoralising and can influence the direction a pilot takes in his or her working life. I'm sure any aspiring CPL would like to know who the good operators are, that are enjoyable to work for, from people already in the industry across Australia. It may give some guidance to new up and comers going for their first job.

So, who are the good operators?

This has been done before and I don't believe any operators get away without someone taking a swipe. Aspiring CPL's need to work hard, shut their mouth and realise that the great industry that was Australian GA didn't become what it was by people following every regulation to a T. There are much more important things to worry about and with the current pilot shortage, the bad operators will be short lived. Back to work!
