Darwin Flying Schools
 
Is there a school operating from Darwin nowadays?
I just did a quick search and came up with nothing.

I know the aero club went kaput but what about DFS? also heard someone from adelaide was going to step up.

Yes there is a flying school in Darwin. Next door to Phoenix. Have 1 x C172, 1 x PA39. Not sure of the business name though.

Last I saw, which would be early this year, Darwin Flight Standards had been bought by Hardies. Don't know if they have a name other than "Flying School". They were operating under someone elses training AOC.

Darwin Flight Standards doesn't really exist any more. Its now run as Flying School or Darwin Flying School. I think its still run under the Bruce Hartwig's Flying School umbrella. Talk to Dale (08) 8945 5944
