CASA MRS issues
Anyone having or had the issue where logging into MRS gives nothing but a spinning circle followed by a message saying this is taking a bit long?
CASA say they think I’ve started an application but can’t do anything else - it’s been ‘escalated’ hoping someone else might know the magic words that someone on the phone can recognise to perhaps delete the application they think has started? UTR |

Different browsers, machines, private windows etc - yes

I logged in now just fine. Using IPad + Safari.

It sounds like you'll need to give them a call..

I got my own Mrs issues.

So it turns out MRS can't handle overseas addresses. Change address to Australia and away we go.
Supposedly being fixed on 5th May. |
