how do you start up a flying school?

You may think I'm crazy, but I am after some or lots of information on how to start and run a flying school. Any information on obatainig an AOC, X-hire aircraft, part-time CFI's, anything that is needed by CASA (apart form lots of money)

Anything at all would be helpful
