I think you'll find that engineers don't have much say in it. Spiv property developers and real estate agents on the other hand...

Probably not all that much...FP props, CS prop blades, some primary structures maybe - such as spar carry-throughs for a 177/210 or similar, the gear legs and tyres. Would have to think almost everything else would be too susceptible to corrosion, of the insurance company too risk averse to consider paying for repairs.
