Query about NZ CPL Air Law (aeroplane) exam

Hi Folks,
I've been out of flying for a while and now need to resit the NZ CPL Air Law exam. I have been studying for it using a recent copy of the Pilot Books air law book.

I've just booked the exam and notice that the Vol1 & 4 pubs are required material for the exam. Mine are way out of date (like 10 years). I don't recall having taken these into the exam when I sat it many moons ago. So I am now wondering if there are some questions that will require me to actually refer to the books.

My gut feeling is that most of the material is still valid, and I'm not too concerned if I get a few questions wrong due to out of date data. But I'm wondering if they are really only there for people who can't remember met minima etc.

If anybody can shed any light on this, I'd appreciate hearing from you. I can probably borrow some up-to-date pubs for the exam if it really matters.

Thanks in advance,
Tim
