I've noticed a lot of works going on here.

Does anyone know for sure what their plans are? I've heard a few rumours but wondered if they were public knowledge.

Why not ring the ARO? :O

I rang up to get permission to land there, the fella said no, it's getting re-sealed (he was remote from the site). I then rang the LAME there to see what was going on and he said, nah, all good, come on down, don't ring them next time, just ring me!!

The surface appears to be the base for a re-seal?

If you need the moby number of the LAME there I can pass it on?

It's getting a massive upgrade wider, longer, sealed to accommodate large twins and small jets.

I would say it's all apart of the plan due to a massive luxury hotel complex that has been approved to be built around there.
