Low capacity AOC PIC requirements
 

I remember before part 61 to be a PIC on a multi engine aircraft operating on a low capacity AOC that the PIC must already have 500 PIC mult engine. Is that still the case?
I cant find any reference to it in the new regs and nobody I ask seems to know.

I suspect the reference you are thinking of was, and still is in CAO 82.3, part 8 and Appendix 4. Requirements for Aeroplanes exceeding 5 700 kg MTOW
