Experienced Air Traffic Controllers from UK to NZ

Good morning

quick question regarding Airways NZ.

If an experienced Air traffic controller was accepted to join Airways NZ which would involve moving from the UK, do Airways offer a relocation package to assist with the move.

Also, I know that ab initio's have to pay for their training. Do experienced controllers from the UK have to pay for the training as well or will this be covered?

Hope someone can help

Thanks

I would love any info that anybody has about joining Airways. I am a pilot working for an airline right now abroad but am seriously considering a career shift to ATC.
