Dave Turnbull
 

To all those old bold pilots in NSW, particularly western NSW regret to advise that David Turnbull formerly of Dubbo FSU passed away late February.
Dave also served time at Wagga, ,Cooma, Coffs Harbour , Sydney, and Lord Howe Island.
Dave was a character larger than life and put the Good into the Good old days

Dave was one of the 'Good Guys' indeed!

I served in SY FSC for a period at the same time as Dave.

One of 'Nature's Gentlemen' with a rare sense of humour - a pleasure to share a shift with.
RIP Dave.
