CADETSHIPS FOR AUSTRALIANS

Hey Fellas!
a quick hello to you all being my very first day and first post!
Currently pursuing my ab initio training through VET FEE( not that good ) here in Melbourne based at YMMB. will be sitting my PPL flying test anytime next week.
Just wanted to know any cadetships being offered to Australians apart from here in the country? Was looking at Air Arabia but didn't made sense with the terms.
Also, if I choose to go ahead and self fund my course moving forward what are pros and cons of that because too me the VET FEE help is not making sense as the flying schools are filling their pockets and just rushing through the course. The scheduling of the flights is also mockery as they may cancel the flights to fit in private students and just give lame excuses.
considering the aviation market at this point in time wouldn't be ideal to grab a cadetship and join the airline's Gig? thoughts, advise, suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Poor kid. Out of curiosity because I did my homework vetting YMMB schools thoroughly, what school are you with? (pm me if you're concerned about privacy). I changed schools twice because of such shenanigans and never looked back.

Can't offer much advice on your career other than saying that your financial reasoning is sound.

Give Singapore Airlines a try. They have a flight school based in Perth.

He'd need to brush up on his English writing to get past step one of the RAAF recruiting process.
