Boeing 787 B1/B2 Engineering Type course.
 

Hi, Happy New Year.
I am trying to find a approved CASA 147 training organisation that is approved to carry out Boeing 787 type B1/B2 type training to a private individual or group?

Currently the only way to obtain the training is though an approved company allocating a space for you on one of their courses (ie Jetstar) but for that to happen you must be working for them and have a managers approval to attend the course.

I wish to invest in my career development but have struck about trying to find the necessary info, I know that QAC in Brisbane can carry out training on other Boeing aircraft but are not able to instruct on the 787.
Any info or advice would be grateful. Thanks in advance.

Have a look at AC147-02, recently been updated in Dec 2018. Has all the CASR147 approved maintenance training organizations and what types they can offer.

As Imperial Shifter said, SIAEC is one, but those courses are likely to only be conducted in Singapore.
