Prep for F100 operator assessment

Just a hypothetical here and before I get jumped onI have searched previous threads and couldn’t find much.
I’m faced with the possibility of an interview/sim assessment with an F100 operator and looking at the best way to prep for it.
I have an ATPL (since 1993), no type rating. I know I don’t “require” an MCC course but should I do one anyway or just a prep session on the F100. Who provides the best value for money? Would an MCC course in a light jet be worthwhile?
Constructive feedback would be most appreciated.

The best value for money and time would be getting in contact with one of the interview preparation firms - Flight Deck Consulting, Pinstripe Solutions etc.
They'll be able to give you operator specific interview prep and the sequence for the sim assessment.
If your flying skills are current then doing the sequence in a basic synthetic trainer would be helpful.

If your assessment is with PX all you will need in advance in order to prepare fully for the day is:

A smile;
A sense of adventure;
Low expectations;
A pulse.
