i believe a C182 of Skydive Fiji/ Pacific Flying School ditched in Nadi Bay after an engine failure today.
Just another one, maybe not enough go juice again, or just a blown engine?

Yep got it. The pilot is a friend so I'm glad he is only just a bit beaten up but ok.

I have a picture of the end result but Pprune will not let me post it unfortunately. Whatever the authorities determine the cause was, hats off the to pilot for putting it down in a place they could walk away from. There is a whole lot of Blue in that area and not many options
