Multi Turbine <5700kg jobs, where are the good ones?

Looking for a multi turbine job. A few advertised but who is good to work for?

Why not just start your own airline that operates multi-engined turbine <5,700kg aircraft, LadyLlamapilot? The business case surely writes itself.
