vale Mudguard and Fergi

For those who knew them Paul "Mudguard" Howard (ex Talair) passed away in Feb while visiting an airshow in Langkawi. He wished his ashes to be buried at the end of R/W 14 at Shannon airport just a mile from his favorite bar "Dirty Nellie's". (A pint of Guinness in a t(h)in glass Mick).
Also, sadly, word that Dennis Ferguson (TAA ops Lae) has passed on
Not pilots but many who knew and dealt with them were.

"Dirty Nellie's".
RIP Sir. And it is "Durty Nelly’s" to be sure. And a fine place it is and all.

And I think the following is a fitting epitaph:

Nelly’s Blessing
May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand.
