He probably got sick of the selective censorship and pointless trivia. :(

Did I dream it or did I actually see his Bonanza sharing a hangar with Mr and Mrs Toller's Cirrus? About 18 months ago at YSCB?

He might be out sleeping under the wing in a paddock somewhere because I think Mr and Mrs Toller are no longer the proud owners of a Cirrus. Supporting a hangar by yourself is not for the faint hearted.:yuk::{

FTDK is alive and well and was in contact with a fellow ppruner a couple of days ago.

Just home from the cixelsyd clinic, glad to see that FTDK is alive and okay.

I mostly flew for my work - supposed to be sort of semi-retired these days. The Bo was never mine - I had it dry leased. Gave it back when I stopped work.

After 44 years I am almost retired from flying too. I'm over it - too many stupid rule changes that make no sense to me and a very GA unfriendly aerodrome in my place of abode.

This is the bottomless pit that I throw money into these days!

No Dinky donk - twin V8's and real fuel flow!! :}

my mate has a 72ft sun seeker......2 X 1200 hp twin turbo v12 diesels.....250l. per side at 32 knots. We left sydney en route for brisbane and topped up at Coffs harbour ....added 4000 litres.

If you want to talk about mate's boats:
Did Syd-Bne recently without refuelling, only used about 20L including motoring from Southport to the bay.
