Aircarft Private Leasing Problem

Hi everybody,

I am the newbie also studying in CPL course.
In fact, I have my own aircraft which is planning for lease to someone who is the private pilot for joy flight.

(Because I want to bear some operation cost for parking, maintenance and the airplane total costs.)

Hence the question is coming,
If I lease it to someone for the private use, it's legal?
(My insurance is covering the Business Rental for Private.)

But it there something illegal, what I need to do for?

Or someone can share some experience for me?

Cheers,:D

Ask your insurance company or broker if you are insured for third party hull and liability cover and what their minimum experience requirements may be for hirers.

Get an aviation lawyer to do up a standard rental contract in plain English to use with each renter

After all you want to rent a car from the likes of budget you have to sign one that almost pledges your first born
