looking for advice on next move

Hi there everyone,

I'm posting looking for advice, I've had my CPL for more than 2 years now and been on a near constant lookout to get into GA, Been up to the Northern Territory and went into every GA company I could find but still haven't been able to find a a first job. so pretty much done everything that people suggest to get a job but so far I've had no luck.

I'm up to around 310 hours now all at my expense with CPL, MECIR (lapsed), Grade 3 Instructor rating, CSU, Retractable, Tailwheel and MEA endorsements. I'm down south again working for a ground handling contractor to get money for the next expedition for a flying job still keen as ever to get my first shot at getting in the industry.

So essentially I'm after any advice or information on anything that might help, like people to contact and where and when I should be somewhere to have a chance being "Johnny on the spot".
I'm happy to put in the hard yards and travel almost anywhere for even some short term work.

Thanks for reading, It's appreciated

I must be your twin.... Except for the instructor rating. But maybe instead of working down south you should base yourself in and around towns that hire pilots and find any type of job to support yourself while you wait and wait and wait. I spent maybe 8 months in one and still that wasn't enough, if I hanged on another few months who knows.
