Care Flight Job Ad - Beechjet 400

Anyone able to provide any information about the operation generally?

I'm farmilar with what the King Airs do and I know there was a thread running a while back about the Lears but no mention of the Beechjet.

Disregard.

You mean the care flight operations not the owners.

Don't know what ad you looked at, but I thought this rather comprehensive. What else do you need to know? Specific questions I mean.

For the First Officer position, is the 250 hours Multi Engine requirement as PIC, or can it be as FO on RPT operations?

Not sure if things have changed, but last I heard the jet captains were on around 60k (almost half of what the King Air drivers are on), so god knows what the FO salary is?

Don't see the Beech do much flying in Darwin, other than the occasional training flight.

It's not 60k for captains. As far as I know, The Beechjet is operated by Business Aviation Solutions (Sydney based), servicing the INPEX contract.

I don't know the current salary figure, but it certainly was reasonable last I heard. The only 60k (ish) figure I can think of for a jet in Darwin would be the Jet City Lear 35 FO job, also operating for Careflight.

Edit: Sorry, just read the ad. Doesn't look like the INPEX contract, but I'd say it's still operated by BAS.

May be Careflight operating aircraft rather than Business aviation

A mate went for the interview and sim ride with them. He said it was pretty straight forward......but he didn't get offered a job:O.
Apparently the sim is basic IF with an ILS at the end. They ask a few tech type questions, then behavioural questions- similar to what the airlines ask. Had 3 people at his interview (panel) and one on the phone.

They're advertising again. Anyone know more details about pay, roster etc? (PM's welcome)
