Hi,

Does anyone have any information on the current goings on at China Southern Flying College?

I am a Grade Two with just over 1000hrs and META and I was considering applying.

• Pay / Salary/ Conditions for Flight instructors,
• Moral / eg How do the management treat instructors?
• Opportunities for advancement (Ie SE to ME to Jet?)

Reduction of wages at China Southern
 

I just heard from a friend that as of this month CSWAFC management has scrapped the flight bonus incentive scheme.

This will result in a drop of up to 30% effective salary for many flight instructors there especially the ME drivers.

Way to reduce moral guys. Definitely reconsidering any application now.
