Groote Eylandt Operators

Who are operating in Groote these days? what is the fleet like? What pay and Conditions?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

From memory

Katherine Aviation
MAF
Air Frontier

Plus numerous other operators operate in and out of there on a daily basis.

I think MAF are based in Numbulwar, not actually on the island.
You'll find mostly crusty old 210's and a token Baron or two.
No point going to the island tho, its just an out base with no one in a position to hire someone.

Not sure about Numbulwar, but MAF definitely have a large base at Gove. Katherine Aviation have a small office on Groote.

No, working for a prawn fishing company, based karumba...spent time in groote as well as landing in the vanderlin islands..in a single. Some hermit living there managed to make his own beer!. I do have a good mate, now virgin, who was in coastwatch, based cairns.
