Conversion to freighter....Airwork upgrading the Toll fleet..

They did recently weed out an old clunker :E

Through a mechanical fault I am led to believe.

Arrived back at Auckland today with Toll markings and as a converted freighter :ok:

Speaking of old clunkers (no, VERY old clunkers) where has ZK-SLA gone? Haven't seen it on Flight Aware for ages.

ZK-SLA (ex VH-CZA) has gone to Bucurest Romania.

So, ex VH-CZA? That makes it an EXTREMELY old clunker.

Sold to the Romanians, wet lease, dry lease?

Airworks are out of pax aircraft (regionally) by the look of it. With their hull loss in HIR, are they top heavy with crews now?

So, ex VH-CZA? That makes it an EXTREMELY old clunker.

It has been reincarnated and rests on its laurels as the Ansett Aviation Training Centre's 737-300 simulator - callsign VH-CZA.:ok:

Any time I felt like seeing vintage aircraft it was always a choice between paying for an airshow or a late night trip to watch Airwork's freight runs.

They should look into a Bristol Freighter. Bit of coin to be made with one of them for sure.
