let try and clarify tail wheels point.

What are you studying for, which license?
are you looking at modular or integrated course, how much money are you willing to through at the courses.

Where in the bloody hell do you plan on studying? will you need work to support you while your doing it.

Google the flight schools name, you will find information pretty bloody quickly on how good they are, once you have some information you can come back and ask again.

No one in aviation is going to spoon feed you, as a pilot you need to be able to gather information yourself and make decisions.

Try USSR. very cheap, but with lots of emergency checklist practice. Also finding white runway markers in winter improves eyesight.
