Am I to assume Certified Agreement negotiations are about to start?

That said, threatening a manager is pretty serious. What's that about?

TCRAP alert!

Ranga, spot on! The alleged 'issues' amongst staff are a drop in the ocean compared to what some levels of management have done to staff over the past few years. Plus there is the human factor in this - a high stress job, shift work environment capped off by a lot of crap managers pressuring, bullying or not supporting the Controllers. End result? Someone blows a fuse, scribbles on a poster or tells a superior to go f#ck himself (and probably totally justified). Big deal! Move on folks, nothing to see here.

As for CAsA investigating, oh my god now that is funny :D:D:D
These guys set the bar when it comes to victimisation, bullying and harassment and insubordination, what the hell are they going to do, perhaps rate the level of bullying or misconduct on a scale of 1 to 10 and give awards to the perpetrators?
Seems all very suspect to me, these facts being leaked publicly. EBA time is it boys? Management starting their ****e early in the peace?

Under certain circumstances you can be 'instructed' to sleep at work!
