OK I just read through the private IFR list of competencies required.

I went through and managed to match up every single one against competencies gained or taught in the BFTS syllabus (except STAR, Multi-Engine and Helo stuff).

I may have a crack at matching the competencies (I think a phone call to the EDO first). May be the first and only use of Cert4 in workplace assessment.

As far as I'm aware, properly registered training organisations in compliance with ISO [blah blah] have to accept RPL where you can match the competencies.
