PNG National Pilots

If you have PNG citizenship you should get preference over an expat for an entry level job. e.g. co-pilot on Twin Otter or PIC on a single engine type. Just be aware that some clients set experience minima for their contracts which could be impossible to meet with just a fresh CPL and IR.
However, for general charter and RPT, technically all you need is the licence and some solid induction training. Most of the induction training is done on revenue line operations and even expats new to PNG have to do this.
Good luck!
