Survival Kit - 1 day only
Not much of a kit if it only allows survival for one day!

VH-XXX 30th Jan 2012 09:40

Just in case you are legitimately confused, the item is on sale for one day only.

Closes Monday 12pm AEST or 0100Z.

My bad sorry, yes, ends Tuesday.
Thanks for noticing the typo.

There is an Aussie survival pack being designed right now to last just a few hrs but that's all you'll need anyway when you see what's inside it, after that it won't matter anyway!

Some of the contents contained within are:
Slab of full strength beer, no-name brand (it's 40 deg's yr in the desert, does brand matter?:E)
Pack of playing cards with naked ladies on the front. Suggest if yr stranded with yr 'mates' you not open said pack 'till all beer has been drunk!:E
Day time torch, requires no batteries, you shouldn't have been out flying at night anyway in a SE plane....fool!:E
6 x cigarettes, no matches though as they are considered a dangerous good/s so good time to quit anyway!:E
Mirror, usually used for attracting the attention of others, careful though as that attention maybe unwanted from yr mates that are with you there after the beer has been consumed:E
Survival cook book for outback Aussie blokes, also doubles as toilet paper as after you have cooked using said book with only bush tucker at hand you will need the pages to be used behind the bushes !:E
Compass but use caution here as this is the only item that is made in China & 'NEWS (Nth East West & Sth) is often distorted there:E
Sat Phone although at the price per call you may want to take yr chances getting found first for free!:E
A 12V car battery, useful for starting that old Valiant left derelict beside the rd from it's previous owners:E
For yr amusement (when the cards get damaged & the beer runs out) A portable CD player with a CD of 'Juliar' & her body guards getting up close & personal in the recent debacle about the tent city embassy! This should be famil to every man woman & child living in Oz as it's been showed about a zillion times on TV!!:E
Zink cream for sunburn, use sparingly though as you might frighten the locals!:E
Cricket set, handy for those days when the zink cream is used & you can drink yr own beer (supplied) without getting harassed by the MCG security goons!:E
Pencil & paper for writing a letter to CASA telling them what you really think as you only have a few hrs left anyway!
All of the above comes pre packed in a foam esky, also doubles as something high to stand on to see just how far away that pub really is you flew low over just before yr crash!:E

Cost? TBA, the Aussie Co is just awaiting the cost of everything being made in China!:E

P.S.........feel free to add further suggestions:)
