Phone query

Looking at getting a smartphone, specifically a Motorola Atrix which appears to be the only bluetick android unit and have a couple of queries.

What is reception like in remote areas, in flight etc

How readable is weather etc on it -not a dealbreaker as I can use a netbook via wifi tethering.

Anyone used one?

iPhone

The new iPhone 4S is now blue-tick rated. Although coming from a remote area I still reckon the old ones beat the blue-tick phones anyway. Also it is still hard to go past the iOS (as much as half the people here seem to hate apple) in terms of numbers of aviation apps available over android.

Deaf - I also have the motorola atrix and can tell you after having an iphone, it ****s all over it, great for remote areas
