Big problem I have is the pressure of my headset - I can't wear sunnies when flying because it hurts too much behind my ears. Tried a few different pairs with no improvement. Anyone got any advice?

Try wearing them with arms going above the headset ear seal, not under it. Works well for some people

You are correct, the market is flooded with imitation ray's and others. ALWAYS buy from a reputable seller. As for polycarbonate being safer than glass. Well I look at it like this. If you drive a Volvo you have less chance of being seriously injured should you have an accident at than you would if you were driving say a Porsche. However which one do you really want to drive.

It is also obvious that polycarbonate lenses are less likely to damage your eyeball than a glass lense, should they shatter whilst on your face that is.

Buy sunnies with straight arms, the finer the better!:ok:
