Pilot Training in Sydney

Hi, this is my first post. I have searched for recent posts on this subject but not found much up-to-date, so here goes.

I live in Sydney and am about to learn to fly but have yet to choose the training organisation. From a knowledge perspective I would like to attain a CPL, but I will only be flying for pleasure and not for work. My aim is to be a well trained pilot. I get the impression that flying out of Camden may get you more air time relative to time spent taxiing and waiting for clearance etc, and for me it is not much further than driving to Bankstown.

So my question to the knowledge pool is where in Sydney can I get good instruction in aircraft that are not too old?
