Camden IMC departure

Going into Camden IFR soon for the first time. Fine getting in in IMC, but there is no SID or SRD for departure. I can guarantee my own terrain clearance on departure OK, but what will tower clear me to do if they Are active? visual departure only?

Other question is will they hand me off to radar on departure, or do I have to call radar on the ground, considering that it is class G on departure below 4500?

If tower is active they will provide separation in their zone and hand you off to SY Radar 124.55 as you pass 2000.

If tower is not active you call SY Radar 124.55 when taxi-ing (I do it from the run-up bay) and they will give you code and known traffic. Call on CTAF 120.1 as well at taxi and when rolling. Departure call to SY Radar when airborne and on track.
