Recording of your voice in a light aircraft?

Gday i need to complete a project, which entails me talking whilst in flight, the catch is i need to record what is said. How do i do this? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

P.S No idea where to post this so put it here as it will be happening in a light aircraft in Aus.

Simplest way to record your speech is to buy a small microphone from somewhere such as DSE and clip it to your headset microphone. Feed the output into a portable tape recorder. Similar to recording with a video camera.

I have an 4 place portable intercom that has a 'RECORD' jack, and it will record anything that breaks squelch.

That means all radio (in and out) and any conversations that use the intercom.

Works a treat!

Get a tiny micophone and put it into the earcup of the headphones you're wearing. Any transmissions or discussions on the intercom will be heard and recorded.
