Google DFT8 flight & duty. It has a log book attached. Maybe ok for your requirements.

Having seen the light and gone Mac some 3 years ago, I use Coradine's LogTen Pro. Only made for Mac, it's the best electronic log book I've seen. Customisable and prints Aussie CAR format. It also has an iPhone companion that syncs beautifully with the desktop version.

I'll try that for my I phone.. thanks. I tried the one advised by Capt Claret, after some customizing works, it turns out to be awesome, but just to share info, mine didn't sync at all with my I phone, Question is, do I need to purchase Iphone app first in order to sync that?

To use the desktop/iphone combo, you need to purchase two separate programs. 1 for the desktop, and LogTen Mobile from the ITunes App Store. It is expensive but it works well.

Do you also have to purchase each new update which comes out?

Not with LogTen Mobile.

When I started with LogTen Pro it was version 3.x, and upgraded to ver 4 soon after. My upgrade to ver 4 was free, and updates to both ver 3, 4 & 5 also free.

When I upgraded to ver 5, I can't remember if it was free or discounted to existing customers.
