GA in Rarotonga?

I'll be in Rarotonga over the xmas break and would love to add an hour or two in the logbook while there. Does anyone instruct there, rent planes etc or is GA non-existent?
Getting nothing on internet searches...
Thanks, oh and I have a FAA Private Cert.
