DHL B727 Auckland-Redundancies?

Can anybody confirm anything in respect of possible redundancies or loss of conditions on the DHL B727 out of AA?

Yes, unfortunately I believe there are to be a couple of redundancies. Not sure of details but as I understand it, with the cancellation of the Saturday (?) flights, they now have too many pilots.
Last on, first off I guess.

It's actually Tasman Cargo Airlines (TCA) who operates the aircraft, not DHL. But depends on who you believe. Appears DHL sort of owns TCA behind the scenes and Board Members of the part that's not owned by DHL include at least one DHL Exec. Although the DHL website says they operate the aircraft.

Name was changed from Asian Express Airlines some time in 2008.

Heard that GM says times are tough and the company is not viable and cuts are necessary to keep it going.

There was also some problem with getting the next C Check done and they were going to apply for another extension of time. Not sure of reason or where this is up to.
