Rental assitance is available at both BRM and KA sufficient to cover the costs you indicate. It's a higher figure at KA due to the higher costs. I guess the trick will be to actually get a place to lease.

Yes, they are plucks, but they were never purported to be auditable figures.
For some reason, I can't get into the OAR site at the moment, but I remember an OAR quote of around $5m to run the Broome Tower. My line of reasoning is:

Anyone else up for a class action against Jeppesen for failing to provide the contracted document service for safety critical documents?

The story goes that the shipment was to be placed on one of the QF A380's that got cancelled. So the consignment was then placed with UPS. Somewhere, UPS have lost the consignment and I'm guessing therefore didn't give Jeppesen enough time to arrange more.
So, to be fair, I'm not entirely sure it's Jeppesen's fault. Maybe roll the blame onto Airbus, Rolls Royce, Qantas, then UPS, :E. morno |
