HF frequencies from Coffs to Vanuatu

Howdy

I'm planning on a flying trip to Vanuatu and back via Lord Howe, Norfolk and New Caledonia and have to get the HF frequencies added. PCA has 3467, 5643 and 8867, New Cal AIP notes 3023 5680 and Vanuatu AIP has 5484 6553

Jepps won't let me buy a single enroute chart - will only sell a 'trip pack' for $450 and its only valid for 28 days - naturally I dont want to buy one now as I'm not going till the end of August and I'll have to buy another one in 28 days!

Does anyone have a copy of a pacific enroute chart that covers all the way to Vanuatu and if so are there any intervening frequencies apart from the ones mentioned above that I'll need to add to the HF receiver?

Have you looked at the Airservices charts? Does the ERC H5 cover the area?

3467, 5643, 8876 & 13261 shuold be enough to get you across. 5484 & 6553 are VLI tower and I'm guessing 3023 & 5680 are Tontouta tower / App, you should be able to get away with VHF for the tower / App freqs.

Thanks all for the help re above.:ok:
I think I have enough frequencies to get the crystals set and to give enough coverage to keep us out of trouble!

And trip is end of August in an Aero Commander.
